Choose your picnic or teepee party experience at least 72 hours prior to your event day.

Go to the 'Packages' tab on our website. Pick from our couples picnic, group picnic, teepee party, movie night, or garden party packages.
Locations 15 miles outside of the Woodbridge/Dumfries area require a mileage fee of $1.00 per mile

Complete Your Booking Request Form

By completing your booking form we'll have all the info we need to secure your date.

We require a $250 booking deposit to secure your picnic or teepee party.
We'll then send you an invoice for the balance due. Payment is required within 1 week of your event. If you book an event that occurs within 7 days, full payment is due.

Once booked, your personal Picnic Stylist will contact you to prepare you for the big day!

Get ready to enjoy your unforgettable experience!

No need to worry about the details…thats our job! All you have to do is just show up and enjoy your event! Enjoy your luxury experience. We set up 1-hour before your event then we'll return to pack and clean everything up for you at the end of your experience.
We love to deliver and delight!
After your experience, look for a special package in the mail as a way to say thank you for joining our family of extraordinary Deco clients!
